Fall Fair 2017

This is the annual Fall Fair hosted by the Powell River Farmers’ Agricultural Institute (previously by the Agricultural Association) and acts as their yearly fundraiser.  Come and support the Institute and all the small businesses of Powell River that will be participating.

A few notes about Fall Fair, including the schedule and vendor list below.

Sept [2017 dates TBA] from noon – 5pm
$5 entry (children under 12 are free)

No traffic on grounds during Fall Fair – all parking on McLeod or Myrtle Road.
(please obey parking/no parking signs)

Activities

  • FREE kids zone with activities.
  • Train Rides on the new expanded track.
  • Excellent bands on the stage all weekend.
  • Livestock Exhibit – come and see all your favorites and learn some things about local farming and animals.
  • Exhibition Hall – Powell River’s best comes to the table with entries across numerous categories.  Who will have the biggest pumpkin this year?

Raffle

Get your raffle tickets:  $2 each with 5 changes to win $500.  Many vendors still have tickets available, on Sunday you can find them at the INFO booth on sale until 2pm.  Get ’em while you can!
